This building complex is part of the Light Rail Jnet network in Jerusalem and includes several office buildings which will house various government departments and services, a light rail train depot with related facilities, as well as two floors of underground parking, storage and archive spaces. Separate office buildings are designated to government or JTMT (Jerusalem Transportation Masterplan Team) use and are intertwined in a landscape alternating indoor and outdoor space with public gathering areas.

Our team’s scope of work for this project was the architectural design and documentation for the underground floors containing the extensive parking spaces, depot and government storage areas and various MEP and services rooms. Extensive coordination was carried out between all related disciplines, and BIM assisted clash detection and solving was conducted throughout the last phases of the project.
