A collection of twenty villas combining the prospect of summer holidays and long-term investment by the beach of Kourouta in western Peloponnese, a beautiful sandy beachfront of 320m. Two main typologies were developed. First type, on a 4.000sqm land plot with direct private access to the sea, a 200sqm detached ground level Villa, with 4 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor common areas, a private pool and garden.

The second type, twin ground level houses of 100sqm, each with two bedrooms, each on a 2000sqm land plot. Private and communal planted gardens abundant with regional vegetation, paved paths, pools and sporting facilities will comprise a sustainable and aesthetic environment. Materials like light color stone and natural effect wood, features as large openings, shaded pergolas, solid elements and earth-like paints shall lead to a minimal contemporary building design promoting clarity and elegance.
